“Nice spot for all things anime and manga, They have a good mix of items to select from. The interior is pretty cool and had life size statues of some classic characters. They have a food section with everything from Japanese ice cream, to Udon noodles, and snacks. There's even a small corner arcade with free, playable, old school games.”

“Betsy at Toy Soldier is an amazingly generous person who lent HER OWN granddaughters’ doll high chair when my order couldn’t be filled at Christmas due to the pandemic/supply chain!”

“I'm feel so bad for the woman working here on 8/10/22, she was verbally abused by a customer because his 5 year old was screaming crying outside because she locked up for the night. He made her feel bad saying you made a 5 year old cry... Many F bombs were thrown in front of the child as well. Security was outside the store too. She actually let them in.... Kudos to her! Sometimes kids need to be disappointed every once in a while... That's how they learn how to deal with situations such as this.”

“Huge manga selection. My husband and brother used to come with me to D&D nights. Wish we didn't have to stop going, but New London just got too chaotic for us to the point where we try to avoid the whole city as much as we can”

“I bought my Giant bike at Ray Willis's many years ago. One of the best "investments" of my life! It's become a huge part of my life, and I've had the pleasure of Ray Willis/Remy's taking care of it ever since. It gets periodic and professional tune ups, and they're always a pleasure to deal with. Always a pleasant exchange. This is the exceptional part. I have a friend who is homeless, and I found a "beater bike" to give to him. I brought it to Remy's, and we all decided it was too far gone to resurrect. The guys looked at each other, smiled, and one of them went in the back and wheeled out a pretty decent bike that was made serviceable rather easily. They gave this to me for my homeless friend! He loved it, jumped right on it with a huge smile on his face, and I know we helped Improve the quality of life for someone down on their luck. This is the kind of people that you deal with at Remy's! That means a lot to me. I'm glad to be their customer.”

“Firstly, there are treasures absolutely everywhere you look. Real hidden gems. For adults and kids alike. Secondly, the owner is an amazing human being who is helpful beyond belief. I feel like we walked into a whole new world and look forward to being back regularly for more treasures.”
