Coaches Penelope and Don are great! Class sizes aren’t too big, and you’re able to watch the entire time from a balcony. Safety is a priority and the Coaches do a good job of keeping the kids on track.

Love USA Trampoline & Tumbling adult classes! They are fun, accessible for all skill sets and a good workout, too. Super nice facility and great coaches!

Attended the adult class here. Coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. Safety is first and foremost! 100% recommend this gym for anyone who is considering adult gymnastics or trampoline.

We're an Olympic Trampoline and Tumbling school located in Mystic, Connecticut. We have recreational programs available, as well as Podium Training for athletes & competitors. Kids of all ages, as well as Adults, enjoy our curriculum. We also have a competitive BALLROOM & LATIN Dance program/Team. We also teach Aerial Arts. Our school is the only certified Olympic program in Mystic/Groton area. All ages & abilities are welcome at our school. Every student is encouraged to learn at their own comfortable rate with our friendly coaches. You will be amazed at what you can do in a short period of time. We also offer PRIVATE lessons.
