My first time getting a storage unit, Melissa in Naugatuck was wonderful. She showed me the 3 I was interested in, and within my budget. Just wish she could have an easier job putting me in the system. DONT LOOSE HER.

My unit was near a door, which made it easier, but there was a cart with a missing wheel that we couldn't use. Definitely need more carts available
