We had a technician (Daeshaun) come to our house on 12/17/25. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a gay man sometimes having strange people entering your safe space can feel a bit overwhelming and this experience was anything but. He was professional, kind, & extremely helpful. I was searching for a refurbished washing machine and they definitely helped me find one. Answered all my questions and everyone I came into contact with was respectful. I’ve washed a few loads already in the washer and so far so good!! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new or used washer or any appliance!
