Had an issue that was covered by 3rd party warranty. Other shops didn't want to deal with it. Rich and the crew at Jams took the job and did an excellent job. I will be returning for all future auto work.

Made an appt for 9:00 am this morning to have my muffler looked at. I was very specific that I had to wait as I had no ride. I was told no problem; just bring it in at 9. When I got there at exactly 9 am, I was told all the bays were full. Could I come back and leave the car. I said I couldn’t do that as I live in Waterbury and have no ride back and forth. I am furious that a business doesn’t honor appointments. I chose them bcuz they have good reviews. But their customer service is crap. No integrity. I would NEVER trust them with my vehicle. UPDATE: He never offered to clear out a bay for me. He could not tell me how long the wait would be. I’m done with this business owner.

AMAZING!! So kind, honest and timely! As someone not from this area, finding a great business you can trust can be daunting but I can’t say enough about how great my experience at JAMS was. In, out and back on the road same day! So impressed!

Joe senior and Junior are absolutely amazing. They do all of my family's mechanic work. They have been super patient with me dropping off my car to get fixed. Reasonable price to do repairs. They worked for 2 weeks on my brother-in-law's car trying to find the problem and wouldn't stop until they found it. Totally trustworthy and would recommend all my mechanic work to them
