Came in for a front end inspection .
Informed my lower ball joints need replacement .
Ok no problem , attempted to quote me $1100 for parts and labor . Then I asked if I bring in my parts how much for installation, they don’t provide they kind of service and the owner feels if you can buy your own parts you can install them .
As a new resident in Naugatuck ct I was attempting to show support to this business but after being insanely over charged for 2 lower arms replaced and then basically refusing to service a car if the parts aren’t bought through them I’ll pass. Now I see why so many negative reviews .

I brought in 2 tires for balancing. The man at the desk was helpful and gave great advice. They quickly did the work and charged a fair price. I would recommend this shop highly!

I had a slow leak in two of my tires and popped in to see if they could fix, after a dealership said I should replace both tires. The crew there was very friendly and professional and immediately took care of the problem. They charged me a nominal amount. If you want to support a local business and get honest, fair pricing on tires and service then this is the place to go!!!!!

Went to price tires got quoted for $950 then went to allstate in wolcott and got the same tires for $640 they are over priced I'd recommend shopping around saved me $300

Truly good people that work there I go in because I was trying to figure out a noisy front end issue that was coming from the front left and was going crazy they find the issue within 2 minutes and it was the right side wheel bearing I told them I had the part at home and would do it and come back to do an alignment, when I go to checkout they charged me nothing really helping out a 18 year old on a budget to compliment that they give me air stem caps all around. Really good people they even let me come in the garage to see what they mean honest mechanics that will help the little guy out so I have to give credit where it’s due. On top of that my dad has been coming here for mounting tires on rims and have never had scratches rims or nothing.

I went to this place to align my tires. At the end they gave me my car and charged me for the alignment. Today I realize that they didn't align it because a part had to be changed from the car and they never said anything. It happens that if that piece is not changed, the alignment cannot be done. That means they didn't make me the alignment.
