i was in an accident at the dunkin across the street. A very nice gentleman (who i didn’t get his name in the frantic state i was in) came out to help me resecure my bumper to make my vehicle driveable. I’m extremely appreciative of the time he took out of his day to help me quickly & efficiently! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Fast quick service and very friendly staff. The person at the front desk is extremely nice and continously keeps the customers informed of the status of their vehicle/repair. I will be going here from now on to get service done on vehicle (which was purchased Shaker Ford Watertown, CT)

Honestly, BE careful w Marnie Sbordone the Service Advisor. She's very good at what she does, but she knows how to jack up the price for her own best interests. SHE WILL TALK THE TALK....But I will tell you she will do what she needs to do to make her own money.As well as the mechanic by the name of DOMMelissa has no clue what to do with parts.and the whole business Is falling apart.The high prices are going to drive you insane.Marnie Sbordone is very good to pull people in by her corisma and good looks, but let me tell you once you are locked in it's all over.she will Jack up all prices has interests in all the techs and will love to be a people person, but in the end it will cost you.way more than any other repair shop. Shakers are the biggest frauds in the State of Connecticut.Be Careful who you trust w your vehicles,and the money you spend .Especially w Shakers Quicklane,Naugatuck ct.the place is a bit of a mess
