Im a guy and I made an appt for my first pedicure pedicure at 5:30 PM hoping to get out by 6:30
Showed up 5 mins early, all the techs were busy .. I was told i would be next... very soon,,
After waiting 35 minutes, I left abit dispappointed
Is this normal for a nail place ?

My second time at Rose Nails. This time Joy removed my toenail polish, trimmed my toenails and applied new toenail polish color. I was running late and Joy was kind enough to squeeze me in rather than have me reschedule. Thank you Joy!

Always so clean and friendly. Very accommodating for everyone. They are so effective at getting people in and out , without ever feeling rushed. Their hot stone massages are AMAZING!!!

I was so satisfied by the service I got from here. Not only my nails were done amazingly but also was great the shoulder and hand massage. They use are top notch high-quality gel nail products so my nails remained so healthy and firm each time I get my nails done here. The shop has a large space and is so clean inside. The hygiene for the products was very nice too.

I went with my friend who wanted beautiful sparkles on her nails for her wedding next week and we had absolutely great experience there. Firstly the staffs were very hygienic sensitive which I appreciated during this cold season, every bottle we touched, they wiped and they sanitized every tools and have assigned nail files if you are regular. Also we tried many different colors base, 1st layer and 2nd layer etc... we have some reference images we showed to the staff and they recommended various combinations so we tried on our nails and chose the final one. We were very happy and touched for their service and will definitely go back and recommend to other friends.

First time visit- needed a gel mani and eyebrow wax. I made an appointment and waited about 5 minutes past the set time. I had a french gel done and I am very pleased, its been 2-1/2 weeks and it still looks good, of course they are growing out- but manicure is in tact.I will return to Rose Nails again. Also nice complimentary shoulder massage!Services: Waxing

I've always had pleasant experiences the few times i've been to Rose Nails. Yesterday I went in for pedi/gel manicure, one woman did my pedicure amazing then I had an older woman for my gel mani. She barely trimmed my cuticles/cleaned up around the nail, then she proceeded to stand up to paint my nails the entire time, globbed on polish, didnt paint the sides on some nails or got polish around my cuticle on others. Overall careless and messy. I complained mid mani when another woman came to fix them. I still had to pay full price. I will not be returning.
