I am beyond disappointed. I come here often - as well as my grandfather Dave & grandmother Linda. I come today just to get my eyebrows done - I believe is was “Hi” who did them. As soon as I sat down she immediately started putting me down on my eyebrows looked. She said multiple times “You have no eyebrows”. Then she begin telling me how one is messed up & whoever did it before to not let them do it again. Then she tells me I need to get my eyebrows tattooed on because there is nothing there. I could understand where she might be advice but no it wasn’t like that. She continued to tell me they are horrible & too thin. I am beyond disappointed & honestly hurt.

This was my first time coming to this place and I believe his name is John. Did a beautiful job on my gel fill. It is exactly how I envisioned it. He was patient and took his time. He just did an incredible job. I will definitely be back.

you know when you walk into a salon and they just look at you and they start laughing and you know they’re talking about you, that’s before you get the look ? what you want ? You can’t understand the language but the feeling you get is just so uncomfortable unwelcoming and unprofessional . They don’t answer there phones or return messages when I’ve called to make an appointment, not to mention there’s a sign that says they take walk ins but then they say oh can you come back later ? As if that’s the only thing I have to do . Also they peeled my skin off my lip not once but twice.

Do not go here for dip manicures! This was by far the worst and messiest dip job I have ever gotten, and I have been getting dip powder for years. I asked the man to cut my nails down and instead he decided to file them all down and didn't even check to see if they were the same length. All of my nails are different lengths and some are slanted, not to mention this hurt getting done, as my nails are sensitive after the powder comes off. They also didn't use foil to take off the dip, they used clips, which resulted in them pouring acetone over my fingers and then it just got really hard and made removal more intensive. He did not push my cuticles back and the edges are lifted. I was doing my daughter's hair and it just kept getting stuck under where the nail meets the cuticles. I had to ask for lotion and they didn't use a hot towel. I just moved to Naugatuck and I am looking for a new salon. This was my first and last time going here.

I am very satisfied with my nails ! ? also a great price, compared to other places, I just pay 30$ for the fill and 15 to 25$ for my design ( so cheap ). The atmosphere is good too, sometimes quite but enjoyable ?
