I needed an enlarged picture of my my Mother for her funeral and I needed it within 30 minutes. I called Universal Copy LLC. They told me to email the file and they would get it started. I did not know what the format for the picture should be as this was all new to me and they guided me through the process. I had the picture in plenty of time and could not be happier with the product. I would like to commend them on their professionalism and competence. Thanks for making a very difficult day just a little easier.

I had to print out a number of documents and also ship a few boxes UPS. The staff was extremely helpful. It was very quick to email the documents to their account and have them printed. Check them out next time you need documents printed and/or scanned.

I just want to say thank you for the excellent service today. In the past, I have used a big box store for all of my copy jobs and have been finding it increasingly difficult to navigate their website and to resolve the many issues I have had with receiving the copies at the time promised. Today I placed an order via email at Universal Copy and asked for an estimate. The (very reasonable) quote was given to me in a half hour and the job was done the same day within hours. The employees I dealt with via email, on the phone, and in person in the store were all super friendly and accommodating. Plus, the finished result was perfect. Thank you!
