The woman working was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure my package was shipped as cheaply as possible, and even put cute Christmas stamps on it instead of regular stamps because it was Christmas gifts inside!

The first time I was supposed to receive a package delivery by this post office. I’am new at this address I just recently moved in. Already I could tell this post office is a headache. The package is missing I didn’t receive my order. On top of that the mail man has the audacity to mark my package as delivered to my mailbox. I checked my mail box and is empty I also checked my lobby and nothing . Now I don’t know where is my package. I’m very upset with this post office. Very frustrating and in responsible. Such a simple job to deliver a package and now is lost great job.

I walked in as it was close to closing time and Angie the clerk was finishing up with a customer. The doors were unlocked and as I opened the second door and walked in Angie stopped helping the customer she was working with . Then she ran out from behind the counter to push me out and said that she closed already??? Even though she was finishing up a customer? I had one small box, even though the time was closing time she was not closed ! Exactly the reason why USPS is everyones last resort, poor customer service by lazy employees that do not go the extra mile!
