“I was involved in an accident midway to my destination and my car was not drivable. Through GEICO AutoRepair XPress, I found Schaller Auto Body. Not being familiar with the area, I relied on reviews and wanted to be sure to post my own and gush about the quality of the repair work, their customer service, and their help through the entire process. First, they went out of their way to try to help me navigate the process with GEICO, and were proactive about getting my car off the tow lot - even more so than GEICO! They were very open and transparent about the repairs process, calling me to review my estimate and communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process. My car was completed on the scheduled release date, and the quality of the work was superb. Most of the front of my KIA Soul was replaced (including hood, grille, and bumper) and both looking at and driving my car, you would never guess it had been in an accident. The color matching was superb, and their inspection process was extremely thorough, ensuring that every detail of my car was repaired. The entire exterior was detailed and my car shined like it was brand new. If you're feeling nervous, as I was two states away while my car was being fixed, know you can trust Schaller!”

“Took a trip to The Paddock recently to view a car they had for sale.Craig was an excellent host who gave me a guided tour, told me some wonderful stories, and showed off some truly impressive rides ranging from gorgeous unrestored patina queens, near concourse quality restorations, works in progress, and restomods fit for racing. Also met the owner, Michael, and a couple of the guys who work there. Impressive machine and body shop.The place is a gearhead's dream, run with class, charm, and zero pretension. Not surprised that they have such a high rating.”

“Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Joel was so kind and helpful all the way from the consultation through the work done. I came to get my hood sanded down and repainted due to rock chips over time. I am so happy with the result. The hood looks perfect now and he went above and beyond buffing out a scratch that was on the side of my car too. Also I got back into my car to leave and realized the interior was detailed.
