Do not go here! This CVS keeps you on hold for over 30minutes, and then they hang up on you. Sone staff are extremely rude and judgemental. CVS on West Main Street do not keep accurate records, and if there is an issue or a miscommunication, they blow you off and refer you to someone else.The CVS on Columbus Blvd is great! I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your perscription management.

Place sucks no stars worst employees and managers every place is just getting worse which I didn’t think was possible! Doesn’t even honor their handicapped check out lanes at pharmacies or front it’s not right

I wish I could rate this location higher. I needed a reliable pharmacy for my vaccine appointments, so I scheduled online ahead of time. I received an email stating my appointment was confirmed. Upon arriving to the pharmacy 5 mins before my appointment, I checked in online and walked into the store. As I walked up to the pharmacy inside, I received an alert to my phone stating that my appointment had been canceled. Confused, I asked the pharmacist why it was canceled and if I could still receive a vaccination. They shared that this CVS location stopped conducting vaccinations weeks earlier and were still trying to get the appointment booking system taken off the website. They recommended I rescheduled with another CVS Pharmacy nearby, but offered no assistance.Needless to say, I will not be returning to CVS Pharmacy for my vaccinations in the future.

My mom went to get two prescriptions she needed. When she ask the employee about the other one, she told her she didn't have time to check. Unbelievable. I'm so glad I left. I am trying to convince her to leave too.

Horrible team! Never answer the phone for that disconnect the dang line why even have one? Start training people and make a change for once. For years they been low staffed and provide low service. Most they do if stand behind that window and wait for you to pick it up. In my case I'm calling to get more information because they want to clarify with my doctor but they don't answer the phone call. They expect me to drive all the way down there to wait x amount of time to drive my way back to them. It's inconvenient, annoying, and just over all not cool. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your jobs please let someone else that does want to be there, be there SMH. Guys can do so much better, graduates everywhere why not grab them and hire them if help is needed or can't keep up with demands. At this point I'm considering switching over Pharmacy I should have listened to everyone when they told me to from the start and I agree cuz I don't see any signs of improvement anytime soon coming. There hasn't been any Improvement for years in the past I doubt they'll be improve me anytime soon very disappointed in this team and location.

Horrible!!!!!! Worst customer service ever! Might I add that they do not answer the phone. I walked in while I was on hold for over an hour, got to the pharmacy and the phone is just ringing. No one will pick up. I won’t even have my prescriptions sent to another CVS location, I’d rather take my business to a competitor. I hope this cvs location goes bankrupt and everyone there loses their jobs. Lazy people over there!

Was on hold for 3 hours before anyone can reach me. Nobody answered the phone with a name. I asked for employee ID number and one of the workers in the pharmacy refused to give it to me. The pharmacy is unprofessional. They need the employees to answer the phone at a timely manners and politely!! Also notice a few times walking in nobody has a badge on. This pharmacy needs help and some more training. Been going here for years and this is just sad!

Does it occur to no one in this place to hire more staff in the pharmacy? Because why is there always a drive thru closed and literally a line of over 20 people in the store? What is wrong here? Absolutely switching my pharmacy. Since covid this place has been so pathetic. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES.

So I can’t seem to find my previous review where I wrote about the drive thru being closed, trying to call and get accommodations but they don’t answer. I had to call store manager and still got no where. Took me an hour and a half to get my prescription. And right now here we are again different time same thing. On the phone right now still as I right this (27mins in) no one answering and I have a back injury and this is why I chose this pharmacy 24hr drive thru and it’s 8:38. Now 852pm spoke with bill who told me he cannot accommodate me and I will have to come back tomorrow for my medication or have some neighbor come and pick it up(so I should trust a stranger with my info and handling my medication?) help it make sense. Now I have to go home and be a nuisance my ask to use the car again tomorrow and literally being denied being able to pick up my medication mind you my leg gives out and I have nerve problems so thank you bill for that and raising my anxiety as I sat in the parking lot waiting just for a response. And thank you cvs for how you treat your customers
