Effortless to get car and drop off car. They brought it to me. Car was clean and equivalent to a car I drive so easy to operate. They were extremely courteous and found my sun glasses in car and followed up with me so I did not loose prescription glasses. They went the extra mile to please!!!

I have had good experiences at all ENTERPRISES in New Britain and Hartford Connecticut I just wish they would clean more thoroughly inside and out each rental. The rentals always seem dingy inside and passed on to the next customer. They make too much money on those vehicles to fall under uncleanliness.
