“Stopped in to buy a birthday gift, I've lived in New Britain for 10+ years and have either driven by or heard about this place numerous times.
There was only one other customer, on their way out, when I arrived. The owner was excellent, I told him what I was looking for + price range and after browsing for less than 5 minutes we had found the perfect bracelet.
Quick, smooth transaction, and gift wrapping was included, very well done, you can tell he's mastered that aspect. Overall great experience, I will def be back for more, very nice, great deal, one of a kind service.

“1.24.26 We had a fantastic experience with Rafael. He resized 5 rings for nieces. He was professional, polite, and went the extra mile by returning and labeling the gold pieces removed during the resizing.
