“Stopped in to buy a birthday gift, I've lived in New Britain for 10+ years and have either driven by or heard about this place numerous times. There was only one other customer, on their way out, when I arrived. The owner was excellent, I told him what I was looking for + price range and after browsing for less than 5 minutes we had found the perfect bracelet. Quick, smooth transaction, and gift wrapping was included, very well done, you can tell he's mastered that aspect. Overall great experience, I will def be back for more, very nice, great deal, one of a kind service. 10/10 - Highly recommended, will be going back whenever I need to buy a gift or even shopping for myself.”

“1.24.26 We had a fantastic experience with Rafael. He resized 5 rings for nieces. He was professional, polite, and went the extra mile by returning and labeling the gold pieces removed during the resizing. My nieces are so happy to be wearing these 20–40-year-old rings from Poland. The hours were great and he was open on Sat too. Highly recommended for any jewelry work! Serdecznie dziękujemy. Thanks”
