Update: I contacted a support specialist and they sent me a replacement bag. Thank you Joy Susan for your help. I’m looking forward to enjoying the handbag and that the original was just a fluke. I purchased one of the handbags in a retail store in April 2022 and it is already coming apart. When I went to the website to check about returns they don’t stand behind their products. Retail returns only 14 days and no exchanges offered in the site. Does not hold up I haven’t even used the handbag for 3 months. Cute products but very disappointed in lack of quality.

I can’t seem to get anyone to respond to the email I sent regarding the defects in a handbag that received for Christmas. I called the customer service line and they advised me to email and send pictures. Is anyone going to respond?

I Had the opportunity to purchase a few Joy Susan light-weight scarves this summer at a lovely Boutique store called “Summerhouse” in Edenton NC. I have fallen in love with the artistic designs, colors and materials of these scarves! I visited the Joy Susan website for the first time today. With the great customer service, I received from Jasalyn at the corporate headquarters, I will be ordering more of the Joy Susan scarves and accessories as gifts my family and friends.

Love these products and the customer service is top notch! Best cross body wallet I have ever owned. Strong construction and beautiful leather. Holds my cash, all of my cards and my phone perfectly. I broke one of the fasteners that attaches the strap to the wallet and they immediately shipped out a brand new strap to replace my broken one! Highly recommend!

Super-stylish bags and superior customer service! I sent a note asking to purchase a new strap for my bag, and literally within 1 hr, received notice that a replacement was in the mail! Can't beat these bags on looks and functionality, and especially customer care. Thank you!

While on vacation the first week of October in Arizona, I live in Wisconsin, I purchased a Susan Joy purse ($69). I kept the receipt until I knew it went through credit card. I bought at a boutique store outside of Tucson. I used the purse less than two months and there are rips on the bottom of the purse. I contacted Susan Joy and was informed this is a distribution center and that I needed to contact the store where I purchased the purse. That was impossible. After talking to various people at Susan Joy, the outcome was that they would give me 20% off a new purse, as it is not their policy to refund/exchange. Tell me, does anyone share their policies with customers when the item is in a store? If I bought this online, I could understand. The tear on the purse should not have happened. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

I highly recommend this company for customer service. I recently bought a cute purse and before I even got a chance to use it, my 8 month old puppy had chewed through the pull and shoulder straps. Completely decimated them. I contacted the company and Nilda responded quickly sending me both replacement straps for free!! Very nice !

I contacted the company (Alyssa Hurley Customer Support Rep) who promptly offered to send me new straps from the factory (without charge). I received them 3 days after my e-mail to the company. I was already in love with these little purses for their workmanship, choice of colors and uniqueness and Alyssa was the frosting on the cake. Nice job!

Absolutely obsessed with all Joy Susan products!! The vegan leather bags are so versatile and durable. And the accessories!! They are so trendy, chic, and most importantly affordable! This line is so great, i love carrying it in my boutique and the women LOVEEE it too!

I contacted customer service for a possible replacement strap for my hobo bag. Alyssa was prompt in returning my email and the replaceable strap is in the mail. I purchased my first Joy Susan bag in a boutique in Vermont and now shop local and have added a half dozen more to my collection. A great bag for the money.

I received the Kate cross body as a Christmas gift and fell in love. I can carry everything I may need and be completely hands free. It looks great and feels comfortable. After a few months, the back zipper split. I reached out to Joy Susan and they sent me a free replacement. The customer service team was great to work with. There are not a whole lot of companies that will send you a replacement product like. I absolutely recommend supporting this company!
