“I purchased a car from Prestige Auto. It said it had passed vehicle safety inspection. We'll, not so much. R&M and Tom have gone above and beyond to get all the problems fixed. He brought me to work and picked me up. Tom kept in contact with me every time he had my vehicle. Prestige wouldn't do a thing. I asked to swap out for another vehicle I was denied. They refused to give me a loaner even after the repair shop has had the car more than I have. R&M is great, Prestige is the problem. They said they gave me a 4 year bumper to bumper. What they didn't tell me was they charged me $4000 for it. I guess Prestige thought I was just another stupid woman who doesn't know about the lemon law. Tom your the best!”
