5 stars for Johnathan at the customer service desk. Jonathan stands out he’s fast and efficient. Two other employees went to the back to “look” for my package came back saying no package. Jonathan said let me take a look two minutes later hands me my package. Thank you Jonathan!

Literally HOME on every time this happens…they'd they go to deliver a letter or package that requires a signature and blatantly don’t even bother checking to make sure you’re home before saying you never were. Which then forces you to never be able to get your package because you work during the next 2-3 “possible attempts” because the hours absolutely suck at the post office and no one can afford to take time off just to pick up the friggin item that THEY SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED WHEN YOU WERE HOME EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY THEY “ATTEMPTED”. Absolute straight laziness!

They never never pick up any calls
Packages never arrive on time. I send a package to Puerto Rico. It was supposed to be there on a Monday. Today's Wednesday and it still haven't arrived. I'm trying to contact post office butte no answer out of fifty calls

I have had several issues with the mailman refusing to deliver packages, claiming I don’t live at the address when I have called multiple times to state otherwise, and ask them to please deliver packages. Packages have been marked “unable to deliver x3” multiple times after no attempt at delivery was made (I immediately rushed downstairs to find no one there, while the post office is before opening hours). Packages have been delivered TORN OPEN, and now I see that there are a multitude of reviews being left about stolen mail! This does not surprise me and I will be speaking to a supervisor, I advise anyone else with a negative experience to do the same. Mail tampering is a federal offense

Pretty busy but this place has really turned itself around the last 3 times I was in there. Each time the line moved pretty quickly and all 3 different clerks were actually very friendly.

Mail is always delivered to the wrong people. I receive many of my neighbors mail. And I am sure it is the same vice versa.

I have had no problems getting my mail delivered to my street address on Church Street my mail personnel have always been attentive polite and on point with anything I needed. However going into the actual office building I had put a hold on my mail and when I went to retain for everyone listed on the paperwork for the address of my home a woman worker had gave me an issue about taking with me the mail of my two deceased family members and my minor son which I properly wrote on the legal papers prior If it was mailed to the house I would have accepted and received it by my own hand as I've done all the while before. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary and I felt like I was being unjustly descriminated against without cause. Especially because the next person in line wasn't required to do the same. One rule should be applied to everyone in the same compasity.

Somehow after calling multiple times this week looking for my packages they tell me that my packages are on route to Atlanta to be destroyed because nobody reached out to them? And then say they keep scanning the package but no address pops up?? But the address is on the label you scan! And if the package was able to get from Georgia to you guys perfectly fine how is it an issue now that you receive it?
