“Honestly, one of the chillest spots in New Britain. Aside from their massive selection of smoking essentials, their staff are welcoming and super friendly especially with regulars! Living only a few houses down the street, I make a daily appearance to say hi to their shop kitties as well :)”

“Great products anything you can ask for. but above that is amazing customer service. Alex Alex Alex where to begin. The love for your customers is truly un matched from selling great products to just having a conversation with them if they need it. Real and honest people are hard to come by now adays never a second thought when coming into the shop. Your truly a blessing to all of us! We appreciate you Alex!”

“Nice place - clean, open, well-stocked.
...Well, except for nicotine vape liquid flavored as plain, non-menthol, tobacco.
But every time I've checked, they say they'll work on it.”

“They have a massive selection of flavors for disposable vapes and dutches! The best smoke shop with helpful employees and great products. I even buy all my cleaning products for my bong here too! The owner Oz is a great guy who treats all his customers with respect. I love coming to the shop.”

“Love coming here to restock on nicotine products.

Even if they don’t have what I’m looking for, they have something much better in stock and with all the knowledge too.

Everyone here is super helpful and awesome! And highly recommend that you pick Slow Puffs to be your new place for your lungs to call home.”

“This place is so chill, and they have a lot of good options, great atmosphere and staff is cool and helpful. Chloe was super patient with me and made sure I got what I was satisfied.”

“Very good selection of different cigars. The gentleman who helped us, who I think is the owner, was very knowledgeable in the products! He also provided great customer service and care. Bonus points for the very well-mannered and friendly Rottweiler dog!”

“This store exceeds the 5 star rating. The staff is very knowledgeable about devices and always help with recommendations. I believe her name is Tara, she is the sweetest person on the planet, and she’s the most helpful out of everyone( not saying the rest aren’t) they are so lucky to have her and should be grateful to have a person like her working there”

“Amazing customer experience and always stocked! Never waiting too long in line and honestly it’s very nice and clean. You don’t feel like you have to look over your shoulder and there’s always parking!”

“Awesome deals plus a great deal of products to choose from. You're sure enough to find the latest vape mod or other items for your smoking pleasure.. the owner is knowledgeable and very friendly, and goes above and beyond.”

“Always service with a smile. Tonight, he had me try different flavors of a new vape product. He wanted our opinion. Mango is best. Hehe. Prices are comparable or less than others. Selection is huge. They've never not had what I was shopping for. Try this place if you haven't and are a smoker.

You'll find several varieties of wraps, tubes, tobacco and vapes. So many different products i find no need to shop at any other smoke shop.”

“Great selection of vape juices, even wider selection of disposables! Even better is they open at 7AM everyday, compared to other places opening anywhere from 9AM - 11AM. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good selection to choose from, as well as someplace to get your nicotine fix early morning if you're running low!”

“Great experience . Gentlemen working there was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I went in for a new battery and he gave me so much information on my different options and the feedback he’s heard from customers on different products . It really stood out to me as exceptional customer service. So much that I’m here writing this review now (I never write reviews). I highly recommend this shop to anyone”

“This is my favorite place in the world to go for anything smoke or Vape related. They also sell kratom which is nice. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I am in there. I go there often so I know them by now and they are very customer-oriented. If you want something specific they’ll put in an order for it. The prices are on point with other vape shops, if not lower than most. In addition, the hours are great. They are always open until 10 PM. I appreciate their kindness and helpful nature whenever I’m there. They let me take my time and answer any questions I have. I called them every day for almost two weeks asking if they got a new shipment and they put up with me the whole time. They always answer the phone even if it rings 20 times. Someone will always pick up. They are extremely reliable.Lastly, I left my wallet there a couple of weeks ago and they kept it for me completely untouched for two days. When I called to ask about it they immediately said they had it and that it was stored somewhere safe and secure. When I went to pick it up the employee asked me to show my ID in order to verify my identity, which I also really appreciated. All in all, I highly recommend this shop for any of your smoke and vape needs. They have a wide variety of items and really let customers take their time to look without intruding. They have a lot of patience with all customers (and I’ve seen some terrible customers in there). I ask questions that they probably don’t know the answer to but they try their best to give me one. I will always go there for as long as I live in West Hartford. The one thing that’s frustrating about the shop is the location, which is on Farmington Avenue in an area where there’s always a lot of traffic. There’s also another vape shop right down the road that I accidentally stopped at a few times before I got used to it. That shop has a blue sign well this one has a green sign. Finally, the parking lot is very small and busy. There’s always a lot of action going on when I’m there as there are a few businesses that seem to have a lot of customers on a usual basis. Especially the market that is located right next to the shop. Everyone is driving like crazy around that area because it’s close to Hartford, so be aware of your surroundings when driving because cars are moving quickly in and out of spaces and again the parking is tight. It’s very easy to miss the shop if you don’t pay attention. All in all this place is my number one go to and currently one of my favorite businesses to interact with because they are so understanding and so accessible due to their hours, and the items that are available. They run a good business and are very polite to all of their customers. I don’t think I’ve ever gone there at a time when other people weren’t also there or didn’t come in while I was there. It’s clearly a popular place that many people go to on a regular basis. They are trustworthy, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Smoke n Vape for running a great business and taking care of your customers.”

“My first visit to this shop looking for vape. Big store filled with a little bit of everything. Very clean. Prices a little high. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will visit this shop again.”

“Awesome selection for such a small shop. Great interior design/zoning of product and the store is always really clean. Love that they have an ATM. The cashiers are all very helpful and friendly as well.”

“I've been a customer, on and off, for years. I don't smoke cigars so, I can't review that part. As for everything else? I've never had any issues and the staff has always been friendly, kind, and helpful. I didn't even know that they were under new management until I went in one day and saw that the store layout was different. As for that, I did like the old layout better. With the new layout, the main counter is kind of right in your face as you walk in. It used to be at the back of the store which honestly, I did like better. ?‍♀️ Anyways, thanks for the years of great service!”

“Large store with a variety of smoking accessories. I actually saw a few items I haven't seen before. Large collection of pipes, just about half the store, glass or metal, etc. Small selection of vapes. Multiple tobacco oriented products, and cigarette making supplies. Small section of jewelry. Lots of open (wasted) floor space, could easily fit in more display cases. Initially, the prices rang up higher at the register than was marked on the products and I walked out. However, because this shop is so close to me, I decided to give it another chance. Went back and learned the shop keeper is very willing to haggle. When I walked out a second time he actually followed me out and promised to match the affordable prices that my previous shop was giving me. Very nice guy who is hungry for business, I recommend going in and attempting to haggle for a fair price you are willing to pay.”
