I bought a vape, I hated the taste of it. It made me want to gag. So I brought it back.
The kind employee exchanged it for me, for something else- free of charge.
In a day and age where I could’ve been fed the usual line of “well this is used, we can’t return it blah, blah, blah.”
They didn’t do that. They treated me right. This type of customer service is rarely found these days and the service I received was above and beyond.

“Always service with a smile. Tonight, he had me try different flavors of a new vape product. He wanted our opinion. Mango is best. Hehe. Prices are comparable or less than others. Selection is huge. They've never not had what I was shopping for. Try this place if you haven't and are a smoker.
You'll find several varieties of wraps, tubes, tobacco and vapes. So many different products i find no need to shop at any other smoke shop.”

“Highly recommend stopping by here for some cigars, either in bulk or just to grab something nice for the weekend. They helped me provide 60+ cigars for my wedding and the guests and myself enjoyed them thoroughly (still enjoying them!). Super friendly and knowledgeable.
