The branch manager, Wendy, is phenomenal. One of the best in the business. She genuinely cares and provides the best customer service as a result. Highly recommend.

The tellers are lovely. But it’s near impossible to get anyone in the branch on the phone. Also the parking lot is almost always full. Lastly, The ATM took $600 without putting it in my account- it took a month to get it resolved.
