Was kicked out of my parking space (directly under a sign that says patron parking only) by an employee while I was trying to pick up checks. Employee driving the white Nissan Altima with Georgia plates said she needed to park there because she was late and insisted on kicking me out rather than using available employee parking around the corner. Not up to Chase standards.

Got there at 2:10 to create a bank account, was asked to be seated and saw people walking around doing nothing. Decided to leave at 3 after almost an hour of no one even coming to give us an update on how long it would be. Terrible experience. Seemed like everyone didn’t care to help.

i've been trying to get in touch with someone from this bank for hours now. no one picks up their help line. i have a question that does not fit any of the normal options. been an account holder for 15+ years but this experience is not great to say the least.

The tellers are lovely. But it’s near impossible to get anyone in the branch on the phone. Also the parking lot is almost always full. Lastly, The ATM took $600 without putting it in my account- it took a month to get it resolved.

The staff are nice. The service is fine. The banking experience is miserable because there is no parking near the bank. They do not enforce the "Customer Only" parking and so the lot is full all day - despite the bank being empty. Try finding a parking spot downtown New Canaan anywhere near the bank! When I complained to the teller, she said they are powerless to enforce the parking. Chase chooses to be too nice at the expense of inconveniencing customers.

The New Canaan branch seems to have deposit rules which vary from week to week. Two weeks ago I deposited to my personal account a check payable to my business which I as Principal of that business endorsed to myself. The check cleared without a problem. Today I attempted to deposit basically the same check (identical payor and payee) and they refused to accept it because it was payable to a business, a policy which is normally enforced in cases where the bank is not familiar with the business or depositor. In this case however my name and address were imprinted on the check and I'm an established customer of the bank so discretion could easily have been exercised as it was two weeks prior.
