Ron Cruz amazing to work with, he should be running the CITIBANK of new Canaan, he is extremely efficient, professional fast speed always knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend working with him directly when you go there.

They make every effort to help the customer. It is unfortunate the bank is not open on Saturdays when many of the NYC commuters are home and able to perform in-bank services.
