Recently went in for a pick-up of on-line order. Item didn't fit correctly so the staff made excellent alternative recommendations AND they had in-stock all the recommendations in my size. The staff could not have been more knowledgeable and personable!

Used to be a big fan of Ralph Lauren since Rachel worked there LOL. Store is good and service. Hope they will try and bring some newer and cooler designs.
