If you want a postal office frozen in time this is it. Nice location adequate parking and a very nice facility. Moreover, the employees are EXCELLENT.

I wish all post offices had a guy like Jose working there. He is super friendly, fast, and very efficient—everything you want in a post office. A positive attitude has a significant impact on the community and the customer. New Canaan is lucky to have Jose meeting our postal needs. Thanks for your positive energy, Jose!

the only reason i knocked off a star is because they are clearly understaffed. there is only one person at the counter at all times even if there’s a line of 13 ppl. the staff is so nice but they seem to need a lot more help.
