It is honestly an intimidating building and the jewelry and watches are stunning. But, I had an engagement ring squished on my hand and I needed help. Everyone was so kind and understanding and took such great care of me and they repaired my ring better than ever. They provided the care and estimates for both the repair and if I would need to have the ring remade. They were genuine and kind and responsive. Can't endorse them enough.”
