“Mike coordinated a somewhat complex replacement of a damaged headlight on our VW GTI. He needed to work with the VW dealership to get it done. This all happened behind the scenes without any input from us. We picked up a factory installed unit and the pricing was much more than fair. I was referred by a friend that had his BMW sedan repaired by Mike and the report back was very positive, so we brought in our long deferred headlamp repair for Mike and it worked out very well. “I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas in April of 2018 from Damaris Beard. Damaris was just great to deal with. The sales manager was also very good. When I went to purchase the SEL Premium model that I wanted it wasn't available anywhere. The sales manager told me if you don't see it here don't worry we can order exactly what you want. He said it may take some time but we will get it. That to me was just great because I didn't have any issues with waiting. I went to the VW Dealership in Pleasantville in Westchester NY and the sales rep that I dealt with told me they only had one and that would be sold regardless if I bought it or not because not many were available at that time. I brought my vehicle in for service and was really impressed with the service there as well. I saw Damaris and we spoke for quite some time. She asked me about the vehicle and spoke to my parents about upcoming vehicles to look out for. When I decide to get my next new Volkswagen I'm going back to DVW and looking for Damaris. Definitely a place to do business with.”
