He was very helpful even though we clearly were not ready to make a purchase.A few days later, after a bit of research and some talking about getting a nice automatic adjusting bed to help our various aches and pains we called John for a quote. He got back to us quickly with a fair price. Done ?Nice experience. The Avon location is not ideal but John was very nice and he offered us better prices than a closer outlet..and we didn't have to haggle, he just did the right thing.”

“My design consultant, Michael Mueller, was excellent. He was very helpful and efficient. I am very satisfied with the style and quality of my furniture. The woman who coordinated the delivery was also very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is with the delivery men. The delivery men were an hour early but thankfully I was home. Upon arrival they spent 20 minutes doing nothing but complaining and chastising me about how impossible it would be to bring in the furniture. I finally persuaded them to try and, of course, it did fit. This did not stop them from complaining about the delivery the entire time. They did not attempt to return any of my existing hallway furniture that was moved in order to bring in the new. The delivery experience is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating.”

“We bought a recliner a few months back. Dave was great to deal with....I even had to go back the next day to change the order to include the rocker feature to the recliner and it was no issues. The delivery guys were on time and very polite....showing me how the back of the chair is removable. They put the old chair outside in the back of the house for me. We'll be back for sure when we need anything else!”

I'm looking for a specific item (acorn milkglass canopy pendant light); and, though they didn't have what I'm looking for, I found a few things that I may go back and get. I had a full car already or I would have loaded it up! The prices are great as is the inventory. This place is a gem!”

“My parents bought a dining room table and six chairs here around 1989. It was used constantly for regular family meals, large dinner parties, potlucks, we did homework on it, did art projects on it, etc. until 2018 when they downsized and I put it in my then apartment for my family. It moved a few towns over with us to our new house. We are still eating at it. My daughter painted part of the chair back with acrylic paint in hot pink. I sanded it off and it’s basically unnoticeable. We have friends over, place huge Amazon packages on the table, eat all meals there, etc. We are just now thinking of getting a new one after one chair rung broke (our damage and mishandling 100%) and our small kitchen/dining room is basically built for a rectangular style table.We can’t decide what to buy. We should probably just drive to CT and purchase a new set here!”

“Me and my Wife were looking for good dining set. We visited few local stores and we were very disappointed till we step into Pat's Pizzazz Furniture. That was really pleasing surprise after all that bad experience we had.There is HUUUGE selection of all sort of furniture. Staff was so professional and helpful. Amanda was amazing. She immediately clicked with my Wife so we found exactly what we were looking for in really great price.While ladies were looking for the set I took little tour around and I have to say that store has furnitures for every pocket. If you are on the budget or looking for some deluxe class, you will find it there.I strongly recommend this store to everyone! If I could give 10 stars, I would.”

On the other side they have clothing. If you go to their website, they have events like fashion shows that you can attend.”

“We're fond of this Target, which is our neighborhood store. It's well stocked, is invariably spotlessly clean, and has mostly friendly and helpful employees (we've encountered an occasional grumpy cashier). We went looking for pillow the other day; this store has a very good assortment of various types, all reasonably priced. The store has grocery items, a Starbucks and a CVS inside, the latter carrying some products we especially like (Like Harry's shaving gear). Haven't shopped the clothing sections much, but they seem full and busy most of the time. There's good parking outside and plenty of baskets. And best of all -- it's not Walmart.”

“Location in Torrington Connecticut is great. Can always find good deals there. Why do you have so many handicap spots are never filled and elderly people that don’t qualify for handicap. Don’t wanna walk that far. One of the reasons I don’t shop there is because I don’t feel like walking that far to the store”

“We used Erlich Interiors for an extensive remodel of our home. Jill, the owner, was a gem. She had great ideas on how to generate more space and make better use of what was already there. We are incredibly pleased with the results with the incredible kitchen she designed and with the new layout of the first floor. We also have relied on Jill for reupholstering needs, and I greatly respect her eye for color and patterns. We will definitely be calling on Erlich again.”

“The builder had Walpole install beautiful cedar mailbox and lamp posts when it built my house 16 years ago. After a lot of abuse from teenage drivers, snowplows and landscapers, both finally rotted out. I had Walpole replace them with new posts made of Azek composite wood. The new posts look just as good as the old ones, but should not rot out. Walpole was very quick and efficient with its installation service. I highly recommend it.”
