“Laura gave new a life to my tired old furniture a few years ago and I still marvel at how much I love it every day! She was professional, reasonably-priced and a joy to work with. Plus… just look at how it turned out. Couldn’t be happier.”

“My design consultant, Michael Mueller, was excellent. He was very helpful and efficient. I am very satisfied with the style and quality of my furniture. The woman who coordinated the delivery was also very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is with the delivery men. The delivery men were an hour early but thankfully I was home. Upon arrival they spent 20 minutes doing nothing but complaining and chastising me about how impossible it would be to bring in the furniture. I finally persuaded them to try and, of course, it did fit. This did not stop them from complaining about the delivery the entire time. They did not attempt to return any of my existing hallway furniture that was moved in order to bring in the new. The delivery experience is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating.”

“We bought a recliner a few months back. Dave was great to deal with....I even had to go back the next day to change the order to include the rocker feature to the recliner and it was no issues. The delivery guys were on time and very polite....showing me how the back of the chair is removable. They put the old chair outside in the back of the house for me. We'll be back for sure when we need anything else!”

“Adorable store on Main Street in Winsted. It's a furniture store on one side, selling upcycled and new furniture as well as home decor, including some really great seasonal items. On the other side they have clothing. If you go to their website, they have events like fashion shows that you can attend.”

“Me and my Wife were looking for good dining set. We visited few local stores and we were very disappointed till we step into Pat's Pizzazz Furniture. That was really pleasing surprise after all that bad experience we had. There is HUUUGE selection of all sort of furniture. Staff was so professional and helpful. Amanda was amazing. She immediately clicked with my Wife so we found exactly what we were looking for in really great price. While ladies were looking for the set I took little tour around and I have to say that store has furnitures for every pocket. If you are on the budget or looking for some deluxe class, you will find it there.I strongly recommend this store to everyone! If I could give 10 stars, I would.”

“I enjoy shopping here especially in the clearance racks. They have really unique snacks and I'm always looking for funky flavored ones. On my most recent trip, I purchased the peach rings with tajin, mango chili taffy, fat free coffee flavoring, supplements, and home decor.I noticed that the aisles were really cramped especially walking through with a cart; it will not fit two carts so if there is another person in the aisle, there might be a cart accident lol.Cashiers has been pretty friendly so far. This is the closest HG to me so I'll be frequenting it.”

“I think I was a manager or assistant manager that helped me. She was awesome, but the girl on cash to check me out was terrible with attitude didn't want to do anything, excusing me that I should have another yellow slip from the counter where they cut for you I told this is all I was giving and everything should be on it she insisted I should have another slip come to find out after she pull my slip after she threw it away that I was right everything was on that slip was accounted for which made her even more miserable she read the slip wrong. She didn't want to pack anything, she was just plain lazy her name was Sue. I stop going there because of one rotten apple, the other girl that help was totally awesome and makes it well worth going there. Her name began with a B I don't remember the rest of the spelling but she was great.”

“The Source Collection used to be a catalog called Perrier Source, when I first learned of them in the late 90s. They are still going strong online. They have gorgeous home decor items, what decorators love to use in that preppy country chic look. I have gotten some nice stuff from them over the years. My favorite purchase to date are my Bernadotte copper bubble sconces, which get a lot of compliments (purchased years ago, but still available). Source Collection isn't cheap, but everything is always very good quality, and the selection is well-curated to offer unique, functional, and aesthetically beautiful items that will add to the ambiance of your home. I do have to say, some things are a bit overpriced, like $265 for 4 pewter measuring cups (though they are super pretty), or $30 for soap (even L'Occitane is a better deal). And some gift items are a little too novel, like a monogrammed tool set (kind of the antithesis of a tool set). All in all, it is a neat place to shop when you want to splurge a little or find something special for a gift. (This is a very good place to get wedding and housewarming gifts.) They have a Made in the USA section for those looking to support domestic manufacturers.”
