I have to say i was skeptical about dealing with this company based on recent reviews. My experience was very good. The girl Jennifer at the front desk was very professional and kind. Very accommodating and helped me through this unfortunate incident. I guess its like the old saying "dont shoot the messenger "

I unfortunately was in an accident and my vehicle was towed to Anthony's High Tech in New Haven. The tow truck driver Pedro was very friendly and knowledgeable.
