“On a rainy day in New Haven, I was late for work and, against my better judgment, I drove my '04 CRV through what looked like a shallow puddle and ended up being, for all intents and purposes, a lake! The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. In the future, I will most definitely be taking my car to One Stop for repairs. Thanks, guys! I've attached a "before" picture for your comedic entertainment.”

They keep a large, organized stock of tires, some used rims, and they do many other car and truck repairs as well. Access Auto has saved me $ on many occasions, keeping my cars supplied with decent used tires at a fair price, or making quick repairs. Generally they'll install parts you bring to them, which can help you keep costs down. Note that they do most of the work in two parking spaces on the sidewalk, with on-street parking for cars waiting to be serviced.”
