“They did a great job to install my catalytic converter and welded in new pipe to connect it where everything broke off. This whole shop is extremely dirty I don't know how they can work in such a place like that. Doesn't look like anybody cleaned the parking lot or the shop since the beginning of time. Look like the mechanic don't even speak English he has to call his boss to speak to me so he can find out what I want done or if I want to get the job done after they tell me there price. I just had exhaust work done so I can't speak for how good they are with other repairs”

“My dad’s truck broke down in New Haven (he is from New York) and we googled a transmission center near by and we found Lee Myles. From the moment we walked in I felt welcomed. As always, when you take your car to a mechanic you never know what to expect. Techs were professional and very helpful, we received a call back within a day and we were told it was not the transmission and that we should take it to a diesel mechanic instead for further check. They wouldn’t charge us anything and they were still humanistic, professional, helpful and so more many other great description that I van keep going for ever.
If you need your transmission fix, go to Lee Myles transmission at Whalley st in New Haven, I promise you, you will not regret it!!! Honesty should be their middle name

“Brought my Wrangler in to Bill about 10 yrs ago. My rear swaybar and frame rails needed repair. I purchased a rear end and had him repair the rails and install the rear end. I thought it was gonna cost an arm and a leg. He had it for about a week. Repairs were complete and it didn't break the bank. If you own a Jeep, Bill is the one to go to.”

“On a rainy day in New Haven, I was late for work and, against my better judgment, I drove my '04 CRV through what looked like a shallow puddle and ended up being, for all intents and purposes, a lake! The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. In the future, I will most definitely be taking my car to One Stop for repairs. Thanks, guys! I've attached a "before" picture for your comedic entertainment.”
