I do not recommend this place, I just went to the store for a spare part and a lady who apparently has no kindness towards the customer, very rude with no professional ethics, I don't know how they can have this kind of customer service staff

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at AutoZone. Upon visiting the store, I found the store manager asleep in the back. When I inquired with an employee, I was informed that this is a common occurrence. Despite my attempts to get the manager's attention, he was in such a deep sleep that no assistance was provided. It is appalling that someone with such behavior can maintain a position at AutoZone. I also observed another employee performing the duties that should have been handled by the manager. This experience has left me with a very poor impression of the store's management. One star.

Worst place ever i came here at 5 pm and i asked for commercial. The lady up front yelled to the back saying someone is here for commercial and continued using her phone and the lady in the back kept saying who. Ive been standing there to go see commercial and there was noone there but she was too busy kept saying who. Never again will ever come here.
