The people here desperately need training in customer service the female mgr is extremely rude but that's ok O'Reilly's is right down the street AutoZone will never get my money anymore and I'm telling all my friends and family how I was treated here so they won't be shopping here anymore either. If it weren't for Laj being professional and understanding of my situation, I would have left very one star.One of the two women working there seemed to know what I was going to say before I opened my mouth. Apparently I was trying to steal something too, but good thing she caught me because I wasn't aware of that! (Unscrew a socket from its holder so I can steal it?? That's not how those work???)Thanks Laj for keeping a level head and pointing me in the proper direction. Additionally, he seemed like the type of employee to go the extra mile. I was only in the store for 2 minutes, but we need more people with common sense like Laj.

Called in Advanced inquiring a item that was " In stock". After standing for 25 mins in line, I was told the item is no longer in stock, without any further explanation. There was numerous employees standing around & gossiping and not one person offered help. not even to attempt to shorten the long line out the door. Its completely un organized and very unprofessional at this location. wasted my time when I could have been left on to the next part store.. would NOT return here again...

Had a part under warranty employees didn’t want to look though all items under my phone number as I buy a lot of car parts and told me the warranty I paid for wasn’t there or did not exist, Another employee who had no problem doing their job and wasn’t lazy found it within 60 seconds thank you to them

I put in a pickup order at 7am, didn't get order ready email until 2pm. Upon arrival, order was misplaced. Agent searched the same three spots for a half hour only to hand me wrong item. Eventually I got right stuff. My starter went outside the store so I ordered another online. When I went inside I was told they didn't have the part even though I could see the guy not look for it. I went to another agent and ordered at the counter and lo and behold it was there. The Manager is a funny guy and engages with customers but it takes more than that to run a business.

I called on the phone and the representative was very helpful. Patient was able to put my needed piece to the side. When I walked in everything was all set they signed me up for auto rewards. I appreciate the help and there excellent customer service

By far the worst AutoZone I've ever been too.Unprofessional staff handling PERSONAL phone calls while tending to customers...I got the wrong parts giving to me here and they couldn't return it and blamed it on the "system". If you don't know what you are doing it is okay to be honest and say so.I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to see if they had good "Pick-up Today" service...I place an order in around lunch time...a WHOLE 24 hrs go by and STILL they weren't able to get to my order (which included a brush attachment and a tool attachment...not too tasking if you ask me).Idk what is going on at this location but this is beyond unacceptable and I will never ever go to this AutoZone again or ever recommend it to anyone. I will be taking my business to Advanced Auto Parts, O'Reilly's and Amazon and I suggest other's not even take a risk on this place. The chances on getting a competent individual are slim to none. Stay Away!!!
