She was knowledgeable, resolved the issues I was having with the bank at that time, and helped me prepare for future issues. I appreciate and admire the team's hard work. I would have loved to fill a customer satisfaction survey for them but did not receive one.”
“I love Connex. Was with them since I closed my garbage bank of america account for charging $5/Debit card transaction in 2009. I've had very few problems and I've gotten a few loans from them. The employees are sweethearts every time I go to the location, I can't recommend them enough!”

“I spent over an hour here thanks to Bank of America Head Office not having its act together. Which isn't the best way to spend a sunny Saturday. However, the staff here, especially Laura were great and followed up to get my problem resolved. Maybe not a fun day out for the family, but worth a visit if you're in town.”
