  Very friendly and great employees, but utterly abysmal reservation system.

  They don't answer the phone. When I finally reached them, they promised to call back for lost and found. No call back. I'll keep trying.

  Customer service was abysmal. Called to tell me that they no longer had a truck for me & wanted nothing to do with helping resolve the issue. Suggested that I call the parent-company for help.
