Counter help was very friendly and helpful however the truck was a toilet had check engine lights on radio didn’t work

The only issue I have is uhaul is not helpful with customer in financial situations instead of them quick to auction off there belongs they should offer some sort of help and they don't the expect full payment if customers belongings are in storage that's a clear indication that they hit hard times
