“I've been going to Jerry's since I was a kid, with my mother who has been going here, with my grandfather since she was a kid (they were at a different location on Main st in Seymour back then tho) and there is a very good reason for that longevity. Quite frankly they are the best butcher in the state and probably the country as well. The freshest of meats. I will not eat any type of meat that has been ground up UNLESS it comes from Jerry's. That is the God's honest truth. I don't trust anywhere else. Not to mention their amazing homemade prepared foods. My family will only get our Christmas ham from Jerry's and their Eggplant rollatini is a staple for Christmas dinner. You have not experienced food until you have gotten anything from Jerry's.”
“Stopped in to pick up some meats after a buddy recommended this place to me at a BBQ. Glad I listened—this spot is solid! The staff was super friendly and the shop was extremely clean. The butcher even seasoned the meat for me, which was a nice touch. Threw it on the grill with some tortillas I also grabbed there, and everything turned out perfect. The flavors reminded me of that authentic SoCal Mexican taste I grew up on. Definitely plan on coming back!”
“Love to come this place . Customer service and the people right here are so friendly. And also their meat and sausage swear unbelievable They treated you like a family . God bless ?”
“Quite a few options here from prepared foods and your every day staples. Great weekly sales. It's an easy place to run in to grab things on the way home from work rather than the huge chain grocery stores. Everyone is usually very friendly and helpful too.”
“Great little (meat centric) grocery store! Lots of Italian and local offerings. Prices are better than any grocery store. Meat options are unbeatable! Great premade meals; convenient for meal prepping for the work week. Everyone is so friendly. Love this place!”
