Campus Customs is a Yale University memorabilia store founded in 1975 and still located across from the campus. I stopped in looking for a Yale baby outfit as a gift and Gabriella was really helpful. She pointed me in the right direction without being pushy and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly, answered my questions, and made checking out quick and easy. Great customer service!

When my gift cards didn’t work I emailed and the support department. They resolved it that day and redeemed my gift cards and sent me my item, they even covered some extra costs. Great job, service support dept!!
