“I am updating my rating to 4 stars due to my recent experience after having my vehicle (Toyota Highlander) serviced. At the time I was picking up my vehicle there was a line for a radio show on the parking lot which backed up the lines and made driving and getting my car off the lot very difficult. I think in the future when events like this are taking place that a warning, heads up, or a plan be put in place for paying customers to be able to pick up their vehicle without incidence.”

“I recently had a new left footed accelerator installed in my new vehicle. I had not realized when I purchased my Nissan Ariya an EV how much of an issue this would become. I am not sure how many venders and installers I called, but most said that they didn't have an electric unit, or they didn't have any unit at all that would work on my vehicle. Thankfully I called Advanced Wheels. They not only had the solution, but the ability to install it in my vehicle. I stopped before my appointment just to look at the pedal, and show them where if possible I would like to have it mounted. Jason was great, came out and showed me where he was pretty sure that they could put it, gave me a great time frame and left me feeling very secure that they would be able to create a mount for the device (no floor mount on my EV) and do the wiring which came along with the new electric pedal.They did such a great job fabricating the mount for the pedal that you though the car came that way. The pedal works flawlessly and has made my driving experience with this vehicle fantastic. The folks here were patience and answered all my questions, took me out on a test drive to make sure I could work things properly and it was fantastic. I am not sure if I am more impressed with the device, or the people who made it happen. I know that in the future they will get all my business and you can't find better people to work with. The whole experience was a pleasure. Great job folks, excellent”

“At first I was a little skeptical about this place because of the name. I actually ended up here because my enterprise reservation some how got cancelled last minute. I needed a 7 passenger vehicle and it was Easter weekend. Called this place, the lady that answered the phone was very nice. She said she had a few vehicles that size available and I can come down and check them out. When I got there everyone was polite and friendly! I got a 2018 dodge caravan, it was perfect for my family and I. We drove to Florida and back with no problem at all. Had the car a total of 12 days. I would definitely rent from them again, I highly recommend!!”

“This place is fantastic. We didn't know they repair cars also. I commented about that and the gentleman in athe office asked what we needed repaired. My husband said we had no head lights and that's why we needed a rental. They pulled it into the garage and replaced all 4 bulbs. For our car you have to remove the front tires and fender. It took 1and a quarter hours. They didn't even charge us for it's heat warning. Great place to do business with.”

“Hello I am a Faithful Customer, I rented a Car from 1/25-1/29. It is always a pleasure when I rent a car. I place my order online for a Full Size car no problem everything was good, I go to pick up the car and I am assisted By David, great customer service he then took me out to the car which was a 2023 Nissan Sentra, my question was is this a Full-Size David stated no we don't have any available to this is a Downgrade from a full Size I said okay. My only issue was anytime I order something that is what I expect and anytime their is a issue on enterprise end the Upgrade not downgrade. I took the Car because it was my bday weekend. I took the Car back on that Monday and i was assisted by Natassia we did our walk around the car and she asked me was their any issue and I explained to her my experience and Natassia stated I will take care of you not Knowing that she was the Assistant Branch Manager she stated I will give u a free upgrade on your next rental. I was not trying to get anyone in trouble But David should have told me that he was downgrading the car instead of me asking him.”

Had a small issue with the emblem on the vehicle peeling off, they fixed it right away. Just had an issue with the brake pads, fixed right away as well. Have had a great experience with them so far, would recommend.”

“Great friendly service it’s way cheaper to rent shut of not a new car outs for the average person that can’t afford $100 plus dollars a day they steer more like $250 for the week and free 100 miles every day we had a lot of miles left I’ll recommended this place and we even came in later and they didn’t charge us we had a truck but the gas is too much so we rented a car and the gas we used for the week we spend on a day with the truck”

“We had to rent a vehicle here and I was little skeptical at first due to the multiple bad reviews they have. We arrived around 10:00 pm and they helped us pretty quick. I already had my reservation made weeks ago so I just had to pick up the vehicle. The staff was helpful and quick to get our vehicle.Our reservation was for a Kia Soul but they gave us a Toyota 4Runner instead which we really enjoyed. When we picked up the car we noticed it had some damage and took some photos since they didn’t do a walkthrough with us. We did notice the car inside was a bit dirty but other than that it was pretty good.Drop off was really easy. We just dropped it off where we picked it up, filled out the drop off form and dropped it in the drop off box. This was probably the easiest part of the whole reservation.”

“I was so worried about renting a car from this location due to the bad reviews, but I'm glad I did and I was pleasantly surprised. They have limited hours which make it tough sometimes to pick up in sync with your arriving flight. But when my flight was delayed twice and I got to Tweed almost 40 minutes after Budget was supposed to close, I was met by Budget employee, Ray, who waited for me that whole time so I could get my car. He was SO nice for doing so and saved my trip on a holiday weekend! Thank you Ray! THAT'S customer service. The car was clean and perfect for the week, no issues what so ever. Got back during off hours and dropped my keys along with my filled out drop off paper in the key drop box and was on my way. So convenient to get a car right from Tweed instead of having to uber to a car rental place Downtown or elsewhere!! Will 100% do it again.”
