“Rav was a very great customer care representative. I came into the store reporting my lost phone. I was so scared that I lost everything. She reassured me as she walked me through finding a comparable phone. She used my Gmail to retrieve not only all of my contacts but my photos too. Then assisted me to set up my autopay. I did not expect such complete and excellent service. I am overwhelmed with satisfaction from the service that she provided. She also displayed an excellent and friendly disposition. 5 stars plus.”
