There were many people waiting, so it took about an hour to be seen. The staff was nice and professional and it went smoothly once I was admitted. 😀

It wasn’t that pleasant. I had about a 2hr 30 minute wait and My foot was swollen so bad and very painful to step on couldn’t walk so I literally had to hold on the the walls or whatever I could to get to the exam room. They didn’t have wheelchairs to assist

Since I became a School Bus Driver I frequently visit Concentra more often. Thankfully I'm happy to share I haven't had a single bad experience. The entire staff is great. Very nice every time.
