So Friday was a busy day for me. I went to Concentra without having an appointment which caused the wait to longer than expected. Anyway the ladies behind the desk were so kind...first time ever being in the doctors office and being offered drinks and snacks because they were so busy... When I got to the back LeAnn assisted me and she was the sweetest and so professional. Thank you to LeAnn and Wendy for reassuring me that their are still caring and kind people in the world❤️.

Very fast and efficient. PA Kristen was very nice and pleasant! Had to do a lift test, the nurse was very pleasant to work with! Best interaction In a medical facility I’ve had in a long time!

Customer Service is everything to me!The front desk employee (one) was rude and did not represent the company in the manner I expected as a patient whom was referred to go there from another company. Patients have no idea of any policies or procedures of a company they never used before and should never be expected to know. Therefore, the front desk staff should be informative, polite, understanding and respectful, as well the face of the establishment. Other than that the visit was good. Nurse & Dr. was great.

I was on time for my appointment and was seen after an hour an half if I wouldn’t went to the desk nobody told or gave me reassurance for how long I’ll be seen.

A joke of a physical they did for my DOT, which borders on fraud. They cost me my job when I couldn’t pee in a cup, and I was told to keep drinking water to the point that when I did pee in a cup it came up back as diluted and I lost my job opportunity. I am consulting a lawyer and filing a complaint with the state.

They did the Status wrong they put pre-employment instead of return to duty status and now I gotta take time out of my busy schedule to redo another drug test
