“Look, I hate going to the phone store. Not as much as the DMV or the dentist, but it's rough. I'm always prepared for a clerk to try and upsell me or send me to the website, and I assume it'll take more than an hour.
This location is, in my experience, a huge exception to the rule. Both times I've gone in the past 18 months, I've had somebody knowledgeable who understood what I was looking for and was able to help. In the most recent example, the guy helping me (I think his name was Frank?) took care of something like 4 account changes at once, and it took maybe 15 minutes.
I'm not gonna say I enjoy going here more than, like, a restaurant. But grading on the mobile store curve, I'm really glad this is the local T-Mobile.”
