“Best wine shop, ever! I don’t drink alcohol, so, I know nothing about which wines are good or bad. For years I’ve been going to this shop when I’ve wanted to buy wine as gifts. Every time, I’ve asked the people in this shop for recommendations, and every time the people I’ve bought the recommended wines for have gone crazy over the wines I’ve gotten for them. Every single time, it’s been a five out of five star experience. “Just took a ride on my new Gyroor C1s scooter with seat and baskets. Goes 18 mph and will take you about 15 miles on a charge. I weigh 220 lbs and the bike is rated at 265lbs. It's a cool bike, I enjoy being able to be this mobile. Why didn't I get a reg. e-bike? Bad knee.”
“We stopped in on a whim and loved the selection of craft beer and cider! The prices were very reasonable and I’ve never found a more friendly and helpful staff member at a liquor store. He may have been the owner and was very genuine and honest in helping us find what we might like. He even told us to get the cheapest vodka when he heard we would make a mixed drink with it. “A good find, especially if you're on a home center/ wally world run and you just want something quick and simple there in Foxon. From the outside it's got a real "jugs of coffee liquor and thick lucite" vibe, but inside its a proper, tidy establishment. Don't expect deals on interesting wine, but it covers your bases for mass market reds, some whites, plenty of liquor and beer, and a CT-standard selection of microbrews.”

I used google maps to find the New Bottle Shop and I was able to speak with Jayesh upon calling. He was able to find my purchase and called me back letting me know what I had purchased!

“This is a small but very friendly liquor store located in a high traffic, urban area. They have free tastings Thursday through Sunday. They are also big on sports so some days you can come in and checkout the weekly highlights. They also do lots of raffles and giveaways. And every Friday they have what they call "Fishnet Friday", where they give a gift to any ladies who come in wearing something fishnet.”
