“In July, I shipped a package from this UPS store. One of the workers made a mistake and put the wrong label on my package. The package was sent somewhere in California instead of New Jersey, where it was supposed to go. I was very angry at this point, and I did leave a negative review which I have since retracted. The owner Don And his manager worked diligently to find my package and it was indeed delivered to the right address after it was located. I can’t be more happy with the outcome.
