Make Haven is a great and phenomenal facility for the residences of New Haven. It is an amazing place to make stuff, solving the problem of stifled creativity. It is by far the very best place in New Haven, with a variety of tools, access to knowledge, and the ability to learn new skills very fast. It is the single best resource for DIY maintenance or personal hobby projects. The community is very friendly, helpful, caring, inclusive, accessible, creative, collaborative, and based on trust. It is the most organized and well run makerspace, with top notch tools, instructional videos, helpful instructors, classes, and reasonably priced memberships. It has phenomenal programs and public events.
