“Life-changing. Needed to withdraw keesh for the post office to send funeral invitations and tax documents to the IRS (my uncle works there). The man inside the ATM loaned me $200 on short notice, and said that I don't need to pay him back in "cash, if you get what I mean." He did not elaborate when I asked what payment method he accepted, instead coiling his body and retreating into his dark ATM chamber whilst hissing at me.”

“Great bank! Staff are very friendly and helpful. We use this bank for many accounts, including a mortgage, equity loan, small business account, and general banking. All are very well done. Online bill pay is a life-changing convenience, and other touches like seeing your check deposit image on your receipt are nice. Interest rates are good, especially if you can get the Yale mortgage discount. My only small gripe is the ATM... the touchscreen is setup for handicap access or someone very short. If you are tall and try to press where you think the buttons are, you will often hit the wrong thing. But you can either crouch a bit or just adapt. Notary public service is a great feature too. Convenient location in the Stop &Shop plaza. Overall this is an excellent bank and I highly recommend it.”

“This store is in a superb location. It is easily accessible and very convenient. The shelves are only semi stocked and the employees are friendly, but not very knowledgeable. There is plenty of parking available.With the right management, this store could come back to its former glory. Considering its proximity to downtown New Haven, it is a gem waiting to be rejuvenated with the proper, prompt attention.”
