Very dishonest, reckless and unprofessional. They drop their trashy boxes without any permit in front of homes and businesses that are completely unrelated to whomever is paying them. In this way, they endanger people, block the line of sight, make it impossible to see the incoming traffic, and they illegally steal parking spaces away from legitimate homeowners and business owners, as well as all their staff and customers. Horrible and terribly dishonest.

The only issue I have is uhaul is not helpful with customer in financial situations instead of them quick to auction off there belongs they should offer some sort of help and they don't the expect full payment if customers belongings are in storage that's a clear indication that they hit hard times

I was charged I believe $238 due to the “wrong drop off” and no where does it state that there is a fee for dropping it off at the wrong location. The “wrong location” was only a 10 minute drive from the other location. I had originally selected drop off to be on State St. but had to adjust my payment method and when I did that it must have changed back to the original drop off which was the same as the pick up. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this and I just had a baby and that $200 something dollars was needed. All I needed was the uhaul to pick up my couches to bring to my new apartment and it was only a $50 charge before the $200 something dollar charge. I will never rent a haul again.

Made last minute moving very convenient. 10ft truck, less than $100 down, and extra mileage charged at return ($1 a mile very reasonable.)
Unit was clean, quick, and timeline was very flexible. Highly recommend. THE QUEEN MATTRESS PLASTIC COVER BAG WAS THE BEST $6 ADD ON. was really easy to shop add on offers, and book online. Thank you Uhual team!

It was quick and easy to rent and drop back off. The only complaint is that I was told the gas was on 1/4 tank instead the gas tank was empty with the light on. I knew the gas station was down the street so I immediately put half tank of gas inside the tank. Other than that everything was smooth.

Self checkout didn’t work because employees lost a truck, yes a whole truck. They gave me a different one and then charged me for both. I went back and they refunded the wrong one (cheaper one). Then five days later they recharged me for the one they had refunded. Recommend going to Home Depot instead this place is incompetent

I was disappointed with my experience at the State Street U-Haul storage facility. Unfortunately, the facility had a significant vermin problem, which was a major concern for me. As a customer, I expect a clean and secure environment for my belongings.
The staff's unprofessional behavior was also a letdown. I was never informed of a vermin problem, and as a paying customer, I believe that is something I should have been told about. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and provides a better experience for customers in the future.
Please note that I want to emphasize the seriousness of the vermin problem, as it can cause serious health issues and damage to personal property. I hope the facility takes immediate action to address this problem. With that being said I will no longer be doing business with State Street.

I came in needing to just drop off the car towing dolly. The place was very busy and you could tell that 2 guys were doing the job of 6.
They were very respectful and professional.
Granted, I had a long wait time, but I can tell it was because they were helping so many people.
This location is very understaffed.
You can tell they need to hire more people.
Just off of service alone, this was a good experience.
Can't speak to their storage facilities, and the lot was kinda trashed, but I think that comes from being understaffed and companies asking employees to do more than they are able to do.
