I've been lied to by the people in this establishment for them to sell boxes, I've seen them be absolute douchebags to customers just so they can blow off steam, yet I've also been helped tremendously -- beyond the call of duty. Avoid this UPS store at all costs; the owner, Manjit, has proven to be untrustworthy.Upon entering with a Kitchen Aid mixer, still in its unopened box nested within the Amazon box, with only the top untapped, Manjit, in a very rude tone, insisted that the box must be taped. Caught off guard, I knew that removing the manufacturer's box from the Amazon box would suffice, and I'm sure Manjit knew this as well. Instead, I asked if he could tape the top. Again, in an incredibly rude manner, he stated that it would cost $4.00. In disbelief, I took the heavy box off the counter, muttering the F-word to myself.Outside, I removed the Kitchen Aid box from the Amazon box and returned to the store. Manjit, upon seeing me, went completely off the rails, screaming at me to get out of his store. It was an absolutely unhinged response, seemingly triggered by an older, gray-haired woman using profanity under her breath.

I'm a Amazon shopper and they stay sending me broken stuff. I come here often to send things back and I must say they have excellent customer service so nice and patient.All there staff deserves a pat on the back and some recognition ?

The manager and staff are unprofessional with horrible customer service! I visited this site bc it's close to my house I had 3 items to return they all were in shipping packages. I had all the QR codes to scan for the returns No one was wearing name badges first and foremost let’s start with that!! How can I report who was unprofessional if they don’t have a dress code? As my transactions starts I have a male(long hair Caucasian)and female(dark brown hair pony tail) standing at the one register the male starts the transaction he prints one label places it on the bag to seal it the phone rings he steps to the side to answer it now the female sides over to finish the transaction this is where everything goes to HELL! She proceeds to scan my QR code for the next item then says their some wrong with label it’s a duplicate label for a different item already scanned. I let her know that can’t be possible I gave you the right code I know for sure She then persisted(with a rude )that I look Into my account to verify the QR code I declined bc I verified everything b4 I went In do you think I want to stand at the counter and do all that? NO! So I told her no I’m not doing that I already did that b4 I came in she proceeds to keep talking as the male comes back over to the counter bc he was done with the phone call by then we are already in a shouting match bc she wants to say inappropriate things out her mouth when she’s in the wrong the Manager did absolutely NOTHING to D escalate the situation he try’s to tell me to be quite instead of the employee! Once the male employee takes over the transaction he verifies that the shipping labels were correct and their were NO duplicates labels or a actual problem with the labels just that my box wasn’t taped So female employee should have minded her own business and stayed out my transaction I didn’t mind that the male employee answered the phone in the middle of my transaction it was literally a second She had NO Idea what she was doing she should have been on her own register helping the next customer!!! On top of that they still charged me for tape after how I was treat by the female employee The Manger did NOTHING to rectify how his employee treated me when she was In the wrong! Disgusting customer service I will never return here ever.I work in customer service for one of the biggest retailers on this earth as a salaried manager I would never treat a customer the way I was treated by your manger and staff The manger never apologize!!!

There is never not a problem. I have never had so many issues trying to ship something in my life. They don’t like the bag, they don’t like the box, they don’t like the label. They do all of this to force you to pay $5 to print a label or buy their $20 boxes or $15 bags. You can never just go in with your package and label or QR code and ship your item. They always have to have a problem!!! Every. Single. Time.

A truly delightful establishment with an excellent overall experience. The staff is notably courteous, particularly those entrusted with deliveries. They display exceptional kindness by consistently ringing the doorbell to signal the arrival of a package. Moreover, they exhibit patience by waiting a brief period before departing, a far cry from the hasty package tossing and photographing approach adopted by others. I am genuinely pleased with the level of service they provide.

Manjit was wonderful and helped me step-by-step with the process of sending my package off. He was kind, patient and an utmost pleasure to work with. Highly recommend visiting this UPS store because they give wonderful customer service!

DO NOT recommend bringing any service here. The manager Manjit Singh was extremely rude and sarcastic and disregarded my questions. The customer service here is non existent. They claim that customer service is their highest priority yet their actions contradict the expectation that they set. As a business owner who uses their service I was completely appalled by the way the “Manager” treats the customers. I much prefer the Orange or North Haven locations.

Got here at 6:28 when the store closes at 6:30. They had locked their doors and wouldn’t let me drop off a package. There was a teenager at the counter who kept pointing at her watch, which made me extra mad because it was 6:28. Very annoyed. They even had a customer in the store they were helping but wouldn’t let me in. Unprofessional. They need better staffing.

I’m pretty sure every UPS has its policy with Amazon but to charge 2.99 to print the slip a lot seeing that printing a piece of paper with 10 cents. They call is a service fee that’s still on top of a 50 cent charge for the piece of paper. I think this UPS is charging more then needed.

This store is stealing packagesI used this store to ship a precious piece of art work. And they filled a box with computer wires and sent that insteadThey have continued to be unprofessional, and deny any issues. They neglected to file a claim, despite telling me they didThey have neglected to follow up consistentlyI have still not received a refund, nor have they located my art workSomething is very wrong in this store. And I feel there is criminal activity.This issue is still unresolved

Scammed - I bought three rolls of bubble wrap, put them in my car, and then returned them a few days later without opening any of them (ended up not needing them after all). Clerk accused me of having somehow trimmed a foot off of one end of a roll then re-sealed it, then screamed at me like an insane person until I left the store. They assemble the bubble wrap rolls by hand; obviously this woman just screwed up and sold me a short roll (which is a problem in its own right), then was either too embarrassed to admit it or just angry I caught her stupid scam. Either way, ludicrous and petty behavior from a clerk.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Didn't even entertain the notion of assisting me with my problem. Instead, they directed me to the online and phone support. This was after I had already told them that the online support directed me to the phone support and the phone support was only a robot that led me in infuriating and repetitive circles.Never use UPS if you can avoid it!

On recent visit to this location, employee at this location was self focused and trying to make some type of control/ social statement unrelated to work. Translated to poor listening skill and poor customer experience. Better to avoid this location and go to non urban location or North Haven UPS owned distribution cetner.

Incompetent, condescending, racist, angry, and ignorant. These people are unable to have a rational conversation with customers. Go elsewhere for anything more than amazon returns. People at the Orange UPS Store seem to be good people.
