The worst customer service ever. They won’t process a return request that was asked a month ago. They also never answer the call.

Automated service is horrible! Does not recognize voice requests and was not helpful AT ALL. It took over 20 minutes to get a human and they gave me another number to call which was also useless. Horrible system. After 45 minutes no resolution or human with an answer!

Disappointed at the reaction of the manager. She made a spectacle in front of everyone expressing how she felt sorry for me because I was sent from another store. I wasn't sent, I was advised which is different and I CHOSE to take my mail to 55 Brewery st. instead. She not only disclosed what I was doing there but started complaining about the store at Amity (which btw has waaaay better service customer than here). The whole scenario was embarrassing and unnecessary. The store's environment there is simply cancerous. SMH.

I never had a problem with this post Office. I read the comments and I say whoa! Hold on wait a minute these people are human beings too. They’re not robots that work there. They do the best they can and I appreciate them.

Awful experience trying to get fingerprinted for an FBI background check here. After waiting more than an hour (despite being told 10 mins), my fingerprints didn’t come out right after the first try at scanning, but instead of trying to help me, the guy gave me back my ID, rudely asked me to leave, and told me that “my hands couldn’t be fingerprinted”. I was shocked. He was so unhelpful and extremely rude. I then went to the Milford USPS and had no issues, the lady was very nice and just showed me how to put my fingers on the scanner right and they scanned in no problem. DO NOT come for fingerprinting here, completely useless. Go to Milford.

They brought Major from other USPS to improve the google reviews or something? Fine I'll bite, it's been way better since. Bob is chilled too, I've never seen a line here since.

I just left the post office. I haven’t been in years. The female teller was like a drill sargeant! Not a smile in sight and abrasive. What happen to service with a smile. In this day and age customer service is everything! At least act like you like your job. I know dealing with the public can be difficult but you do not have to wear it with every customer. I will definitely avoid this location.

If I could rate a 0 I would, they delivered my packaged empty the box was cut open tape taken off and only one item inside out of the three! Disgusting low life’s that would steal around the holiday season.

I know the post office needs more funding but this place is genuinely so awful, just shut it down. There's only 1 worker who doesn't know what they're doing, lines are always 10+ people long, absolutely incompetent. The USPS needs funding but these people need training.

The worst they will lose your packages make requests on your behalf act like they don't know what you're talking about when you show up. Find another postal service. Also, they are short staffed.

I recently visited the local USPS office to send a package overseas. While the staff was polite, my experience highlighted several areas where improvements could significantly enhance customer satisfaction.
Long Wait Times: Despite arriving during what I thought would be off-peak hours, I waited nearly 45 minutes before being attended to. This is far too long for any service, especially when customers have time-sensitive packages.
Limited Information Availability: The staff seemed to lack detailed information about international shipping options. I had to visit multiple times to get all the necessary details, which was inconvenient given my busy schedule.
Communication Issues: The tracking system provided inconsistent updates regarding my package's status after it left the facility. It took several days longer than expected to reach its destination, with no clear explanation until I contacted customer service directly.
Packaging Recommendations: There were limited resources available for packaging advice tailored to different types of items. A dedicated section or consultation service for proper packaging materials and methods would be beneficial, especially for those unfamiliar with shipping requirements.
While I appreciate the efforts of the USPS employees who work hard under challenging conditions, these aspects of their service need attention. With better management of wait times, more comprehensive information availability, improved communication regarding shipments, and accessible packaging guidance, the USPS could provide a much smoother and satisfactory experience for its customers.
I hope my feedback contributes positively to your ongoing efforts to improve service quality. Thank you for your commitment to serving our community.
